Emergent BioSolutions names Frank Vargo interim CFO effective Jan. 1, 2027

Emergent BioSolutions CFO Richard S. Lindahl will retire Dec. 31, 2026, and Frank Vargo will become interim CFO on Jan. 1, 2027. Lindahl will serve as senior executive advisor through March 31 to support the transition.

1. CFO transition

Richard S. Lindahl will retire as CFO of Emergent BioSolutions effective Dec. 31, 2026. Frank Vargo, the company's vice president and treasurer, will become interim CFO on Jan. 1, 2027. Lindahl will serve as senior executive advisor from Jan. 1 through March 31, 2027, to support the transition.
