Employers Holdings named Kirt Dooley senior vice president, chief actuary.
Dooley joins from Clear Spring Property & Casualty, serving since 2020 as chief actuary, chief risk officer.
He built the actuarial, data analytics function there. He led reinsurance business development that lifted assumed reinsurance premiums by more than 200% in two years.
Earlier, he spent 16 years at NCCI, most recently practice leader, senior actuary, leading analytics work for regulators, industry stakeholders.
