Nasdaq issues delisting determination
Empro Group faces Nasdaq delisting after a staff determination notice on July 16, 2026, citing a trading suspension tied to suspected social-media-driven manipulation.
Nasdaq also flagged the company’s late filing of its annual report for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025 as a separate delisting trigger.
Appeal deadline and expected suspension
An appeal must be requested by July 23, 2026; otherwise trading will be suspended at the open on July 27, 2026.
Nasdaq is expected to file to remove the securities from listing and registration following the suspension.
