Enbridge CEO Ties 1 Million bpd Pipeline to Approvals, Highlights US Infrastructure Role

Enbridge CEO Greg Ebel said the proposed oil pipeline from Alberta to the British Columbia coast has capacity for 1 million barrels a day but cannot proceed until federal and provincial approvals are secured and the B.C. tanker ban is lifted. He emphasized that current regulatory conditions are insufficient to support construction at this time.
