Sept. 9 (Reuters) - Enbridge ENB.TO is in advanced talks to buy a major crude oil pipeline in the U.S. from Blackstone-owned BX.N Tallgrass Energy for about $2 billion, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
