- Deal price was set at CDN$ 66.85 per share.
- Net proceeds are earmarked to partly fund announced acquisitions, boost financial flexibility for future growth, or temporarily reduce debt.
- Closing is expected on or about Sept. 14, 2026.
- Underwriters have a 15% over-allotment option; full exercise would lift gross proceeds to about CDN$ 3 billion.
