Aug. 26 (Reuters) - Enbridge Inc. said it will extend its Permian export value chain with the acquisition of Salt Creek Midstream's crude gathering business.
- Enbridge Inc. said the proposed deal is for cash consideration of US$600 million.
- The company expects the transaction to be immediately accretive to distributable cash flow per share and earnings per share.
- Enbridge said its 2026 financial guidance remains unchanged.
