Encompass Health completed a private offering of USD 100 million 5.875% Senior Notes due 2034.
The notes were priced at 98.75% of par, generating about USD 96.9 million of net proceeds.
Proceeds used to repay revolving credit borrowings
Proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, were used to repay a portion of borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
