EHC•Encompass Health raised its 2026 adjusted EPS outlook to $6.23-$6.37, from $6.02-$6.25, and increased its revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance. Third-quarter adjusted EBITDA rose 15.5% to $346.6 million, while revenue increased 8.9% to $1.61 billion.

Encompass Health raised its 2026 adjusted EPS forecast to $6.23-$6.37 from $6.02-$6.25. It increased net operating revenue guidance to $6.45-$6.5 billion from $6.41-$6.49 billion and adjusted EBITDA guidance to $1.4-$1.42 billion from $1.37-$1.4 billion. Third-quarter adjusted EBITDA rose 15.5% to $346.6 million, and revenue increased 8.9% to $1.61 billion. Fourth-quarter assumptions include approximately 2.3% Medicare pricing growth and bad debt reserves of 2%-2.5% of revenue.
