Endovia Health Sciences narrows FY26 H1 operating loss 64% to $4 million

Endovia Health Sciences (formerly Splash Beverage) reported a continuing-operations loss of about $4 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026.
That loss narrowed by about $7 million, a 64% improvement from the year-earlier period, on cost-reduction initiatives implemented over six months.
Management highlighted continued cuts to corporate overhead, simplified operating structure, and efforts to unwind legacy obligations.
Post-quarter licensing and ticker change update
Post-quarter, the group secured an exclusive global CannEpil license, expanded it to veterinary applications, and partnered with Lupvindol on FDA-CVM development.
A corporate name and NYSE American ticker change to Endovia Health Sciences is expected to take effect Aug. 24, 2026.
