Energy Fuels Inc said it has begun construction of the White Mesa Mill expansion for heavy rare earth oxides.
- Tb and Dy circuits are expected to be complete by the end of 2027; Sm, Eu and Gd circuits by the end of 2028.
- The expansion project capex is estimated at $104 million, supported by government grants and loans.
- The company plans a 2029 mill expansion to 6,294 tpa NdPr, 80 tpa Tb, and 288 tpa Dy oxides.
