1. ASM International Reports Preliminary Bookings Above Market Expectations

ASM International disclosed that preliminary fourth-quarter 2025 bookings reached €2.3 billion, roughly 9 percent above the consensus estimate of €2.1 billion among analysts surveyed by FactSet. This marks the third consecutive quarter in which the company has comfortably outperformed consensus, following bookings of €2.0 billion in Q3 and €1.8 billion in Q2. The stronger-than-expected intake was driven by higher demand for deposition systems used in advanced logic and memory chip production.
