Energy Transfer FY26 Q2 net income climbs 80% to $2.09 billion; revenue rises to $34.33 billion

Energy Transfer reported net income attributable to partners of $2.09 billion for Q2 2026, more than doubled from a year earlier.
GAAP revenue climbed to $34.33 billion, while operating income rose to $3.57 billion.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 31% to $5.07 billion; distributable cash flow attributable to partners, as adjusted, rose 32% to $2.59 billion.
Distribution and outlook
Quarterly cash distribution was raised to $0.34 per common unit, the 19th consecutive increase.
Energy Transfer lifted its 2026 adjusted EBITDA guidance to $18.8 billion-$19.1 billion and set its growth capital spending outlook at $5.6 billion-$5.9 billion.
