Energy Transfer raised its quarterly cash distribution to $0.34 per common unit for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026.

• The annualized payout is set at $1.36 per common unit.
• The distribution is payable Aug. 19, 2026 to unitholders of record as of Aug. 7, 2026.
• The increase is more than 3% versus the second quarter of 2025.
