Listing move to Texas Stock Exchange

Energy Transfer will move its common unit listing from the NYSE to the Texas Stock Exchange.
Trading is expected to start on the TXSE on Oct. 5, 2026, with the ticker unchanged at ET.
Series I Preferred Units will also transfer from the NYSE, with trading expected to begin Oct. 5, 2026 as ETprI.
