- Phase 1 targets 8 MW of powered shell capacity, expandable to 25 MW, with commercial operation targeted for Q1 2027.
- The site is designed for modular expansion to 500 MW, positioning the project as a long-term AI infrastructure growth platform.
- Energy Vault will buy 10 Crusoe Spark units, then lease them back to Crusoe as powered shell infrastructure.
