Energy Vault Holdings Inc. will buy 10 Crusoe Spark modular data centers for its powered AI infrastructure campus in Snyder, Texas under a lease-back arrangement with Crusoe.
The project is slated to deliver an initial 8 MW of powered shell capacity, expandable to 25 MW, with commercial operation targeted for Q1 2027.
Energy Vault also outlined a longer-term plan to scale the site to 500 MW.
