New South Wales granted State Significant Development Approval for Energy Vault’s 125 MW/1 GWh Stoney Creek battery project in Narrabri. Site mobilization is expected in Q4 2026, with commercial operations targeted for the first half of 2028.
2. Long-term revenue agreement
The project holds a 14-year AEMO Services Long-Term Energy Service Agreement, supporting expected annual revenue of about $25 million to $30 million.
