Enerpac Tool Group adds ex A.O. Smith CFO Charles Lauber to board
EPAC•Enerpac Tool Group expanded its board to nine directors, electing Charles T. Lauber effective October 8. Lauber was A.O. Smith’s executive vice president and CFO from 2019 to 2026.

Enerpac Tool Group elected Charles T. Lauber to its board, expanding it to nine directors. Lauber previously served as executive vice president and CFO of A.O. Smith from 2019 to 2026. He spent 15 years at Ernst & Young and is a director at H.B. Fuller, where he serves on the audit and personnel and compensation committees.
