The listing follows completion of a merger with a special purpose acquisition company, providing fresh equity capital and immediate liquidity to the company’s shareholders.

Enhanced Group intends to deploy the capital to broaden its specialty insurance brokerage network into additional U.S. regions and to enhance its digital distribution platform.
