Eni announces special dividend of EUR 0.46 per share
E•Eni’s board authorized a EUR 0.27-per-share second payment in lieu of its 2026 dividend and a EUR 0.46-per-share special dividend. The special dividend is payable Dec. 9, 2026; ADR payments are EUR 0.54 and EUR 0.92, respectively.
1. Dividend payments
Eni’s board authorized the second EUR 0.27-per-share payment on Oct. 22, 2026, payable Nov. 25, with a Nov. 23 ex-dividend date and Nov. 24 record date. The EUR 0.46-per-share special dividend is payable Dec. 9, with a Dec. 7 ex-dividend date and Dec. 8 record date. For ADRs, the second payment is EUR 0.54, payable Dec. 7, and the special dividend is EUR 0.92, payable Jan. 8, 2027.
