Eni launches €20 billion euro medium-term note programme
E•Eni launched a €20 billion programme for senior notes, subordinated notes or both. It expects senior notes to be rated A- by S&P and Fitch and A3 by Moody’s, and subordinated notes BBB or Baa2.
1. Programme details
Subordinated notes issued under the programme will be perpetual securities with no fixed redemption date. Notes will have a minimum denomination of €100,000, in integral multiples of €1,000 above that amount. Italy’s CONSOB approved the programme on Oct. 7, 2026, and the base prospectus expires on Oct. 7, 2027.
