Eni launches EUR 20 billion euro medium-term note programme
E•Eni launched a EUR 20 billion programme for senior and subordinated notes with maturities beyond 12 months. The prospectus was cleared on Oct. 7, 2026, opening a 12-month issuance window.
1. Programme details
The programme covers senior notes and subordinated notes, which are structured as perpetual securities with no fixed redemption date. The notes are expected to be listed on Borsa Italiana’s MOT, with an optional listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Senior notes are expected to be rated A- by S&P and Fitch and A3 by Moody’s; subordinated notes are expected to be rated BBB by S&P and Fitch and Baa2 by Moody’s.
