Enlight reported fourth-quarter 2025 revenue of $152 million, up 46%, with net income of $21 million, up 153%. For the full year the company posted revenue of $582 million, up 46%, net income of $161 million, up 142%, and adjusted EBITDA of $438 million, up 51%.
2. 2026 Financial Guidance
The company expects 2026 total revenue and income between $755 million and $785 million, reflecting a 32% midpoint increase year-over-year, and adjusted EBITDA of $545 million to $565 million, a 27% midpoint rise. Guidance assumes roughly 90% of generation sold at fixed prices via PPAs or hedges and currency exposure across USD, ILS and EUR.
3. Portfolio Expansion and Commissioning Plans
Enlight plans to commission 1.1 FGW in 2026, bringing operational and under-construction capacity to 10.4–11.4 FGW by year-end. At December 31, 2025, its portfolio totaled 20.6 GW of generation and 61 GWh of storage (38 FGW), up 26% year-over-year, with a mature component of 11.4 FGW, up 33%.
