ENLV•Enlivex’s 1-for-16 reverse split took effect Oct. 27, 2026, as the company seeks to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid price requirement. Nasdaq issued a delisting notice on Oct. 26, and Enlivex plans to appeal.
1. Split and Nasdaq notice
Enlivex’s 1-for-16 reverse split of ordinary shares took effect Oct. 27, 2026, as the company seeks to regain compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements. Nasdaq issued an Oct. 26 delisting notice because Enlivex failed to meet the $1 minimum bid price requirement.
2. Appeal plans
A reverse split within the preceding 12 months makes Enlivex ineligible for a 180-day compliance period. The company plans to appeal; the appeal would stay suspension or delisting pending a hearing, allowing its ordinary shares to continue trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
