1. Trial results and next steps
Enlivex announced favorable 12-month results from its Phase I/IIa trial of Allocetra in moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis. The company said a single treatment cycle sustained pain relief and improved knee function through one year, with greater clinical response than placebo among patients aged 64 and older. Adverse events were predominantly temporary, mild to moderate local knee reactions. The results are scheduled for presentation at the American College of Rheumatology Convergence on November 8, 2026; topline results from the ongoing Phase IIb trial, which targets the same older population, are expected by the end of the second quarter of 2027.
