Enova amends filing to add Maria Veltre to management development, compensation committee

Enova filed an amended Form 8-K to correct its July 10, 2026 report on board changes involving Maria Veltre.
The amendment adds that Veltre also joined the board’s Management Development and Compensation Committee, effective July 10, 2026.
