Enovix to double South Korea drone battery capacity by mid-2027

Enovix said its supply chain is 100% TAA compliant and it is targeting NDAA compliance in 2027 for U.S. government sourcing requirements.

The capacity upgrade adds AI-1 technology to support defense and drone demand, where opportunities exceeded $100 million in Q2 2026.
South Korea expansion to double drone battery capacity
Enovix began a first-phase expansion in South Korea to double production capacity for its flagship drone batteries.
The project uses existing land and buildings, leveraging readily available equipment, and the expansion is expected online in mid-2027.
