1. Partnership with Ensol Expands French Market
Enphase Energy and Ensol have launched a battery subscription program in France, enabling homeowners to install IQ Battery 5P systems under a fixed monthly fee starting at €30. The arrangement includes system monitoring, maintenance, and a 15-year warranty, with a buyout or exit option after three years.
2. IQ Battery 5P and VPP Program
The IQ Battery 5P provides 5 kWh of scalable capacity up to 70 kWh and supports single-phase and three-phase configurations. Subscribed units are aggregated into a virtual power plant managed by RTE, generating demand response revenue that reduces subscribers’ monthly costs.
3. Aquatic Capital Reduces Position
Separately, Aquatic Capital Management reduced its Enphase Energy position by 28.6%, selling 89,845 shares to hold 224,664 shares at quarter-end. This institutional selling may reflect shifting portfolio strategies or profit-taking following recent growth.
