Enphase expands US manufacturing for IQ microinverters, batteries, AI data center power systems

The company also plans U.S. manufacturing for its upcoming IQ Solid-State Transformer platform targeting AI data centers, converting medium-voltage AC to 800 V DC.
Enphase said the scale outlook implies about 250,000 4 kW modules for a 1 GW AI data center, rising to about 2,500,000 modules for 10 GW.
Enphase cited 89,400,000 microinverters shipped cumulatively, including 5,500,000 produced in the United States in 2025.
U.S. manufacturing expansion across core products
Enphase Energy reinforced an expansion of U.S. manufacturing for IQ Microinverters, IQ Batteries, and power electronics for an upcoming bidirectional EV charger.
Production runs through facilities in South Carolina and Texas, positioning “DOM” products for domestic-content tax credit eligibility.
