ENSG•Ensign Group acquired operations of four Washington skilled nursing facilities, adding 532 beds across the Seattle metro area. Separate Florida and Colorado transactions also expanded its portfolio.

Ensign Group acquired operations of four skilled nursing facilities in Washington, adding 532 beds across the Seattle metro area. Ensign-affiliated operators will run the facilities under long-term triple net leases.
2. Other expansions
Separate Florida transactions added operations including 713 skilled nursing beds and 66 independent living units; a separate 118-bed facility was acquired with real estate by Standard Bearer. In Colorado, Ensign added seven facilities with 760 skilled nursing beds and 47 independent living units under long-term triple net leases.
3. Portfolio totals
Ensign’s portfolio now totals 418 healthcare operations across 18 states, and its subsidiaries own 189 real estate assets.
