ENTX•Entera Bio plans to present the design of a single randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 3 trial of its oral osteoporosis therapy EB613 at the ASBMR meeting on Oct. 11, 2026.
1. Trial design presentation
Entera Bio announced a late-breaking poster detailing the planned Phase 3 registrational trial design for EB613. The company also said Phase 2 findings on the therapy’s anabolic effects in high-fracture-risk postmenopausal osteoporosis were selected for presentation at the same meeting.
