White Mountains Partners’ unit Enterprise Solutions has acquired Hawkeye Electric, a Chandler-based firm founded in 1999 that offers design, construction and maintenance services for commercial and institutional projects. The deal preserves Hawkeye’s 100% employee stock ownership plan while expanding Enterprise Solutions’ footprint into Arizona’s fastest-growing electrical contracting market.
