Entravision appoints Gary Ferrera, Brian Krzanich to board
EVC•Entravision Communications appointed Gary Ferrera and Brian Krzanich to its board on October 14, 2026, expanding it from seven to nine directors. Ferrera also joined the Audit Committee; both directors will serve until the 2027 annual stockholders meeting.

Entravision Communications appointed Gary Ferrera and Brian Krzanich to its board on October 14, 2026, expanding the board from seven to nine directors. Both appointees will serve until the 2027 annual stockholders meeting, and Ferrera also joined the Audit Committee.
2. Directors’ experience
Ferrera has been managing partner of Jedburgh Management Consulting since July 2025 and previously held chief financial officer roles, including at MoneyGram International. Krzanich, a former Intel CEO, has served as Cerence’s president and CEO since October 2024.
