Envoy Medical announces special shareholder meeting

Envoy Medical will hold a special stockholder meeting in White Bear Lake, Minnesota on Oct. 12, 2026.

Stockholders will vote on amending the certificate of incorporation to allow a reverse stock split of Class A common stock within a 1-for-5 to 1-for-25 range.

The board would have discretion to carry out one or more reverse splits before year-end 2026, or abandon the action.

Stockholders will also consider authorizing adjournments to seek additional support or to secure a quorum.
