Envue Medical names Zeev Rotstein board chairman after director resignations

Envue Medical disclosed board changes effective July 14, 2026, following the voluntary resignations of directors David Johnson and Nino Pionati.

Zvi Joseph joined the board to fill a vacancy, taking seats on the audit committee plus the nominating and corporate governance committee.

Lior Buchman was appointed to the board, joining the audit committee plus chairing the compensation committee.

Zeev Rotstein, M.D. was named chairman of the board, taking over leadership of the nominating and corporate governance committee.

The resignations were not tied to any dispute over operations, policies, or practices.
