enVVeno net loss narrows 46% to $3.6 million in Q2 FY26

enVVeno Medical posted a net loss of $3.6 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026, narrowing 46%.
Research and development expense fell 28% to $2.1 million, while selling, general and administrative expense dropped 59% to $1.7 million.
Other income slid 45% to $0.2 million, reflecting results from investing excess cash in U.S. Treasury securities.
Cash and investments totaled $21.5 million at June 30, 2026. The company forecast quarterly cash burn rising to $4 million-$5 million in the second half of 2026.
FDA clears pivotal study to begin in 2H 2026
The FDA granted IDE approval in April to start the enVVe System TAVVE pivotal study, which is expected to begin in the second half of 2026.
The company said its funding runway is projected into Q3 2027.
