EOG names insider Hibbard as CFO to succeed retiring Janssen
EOG•EOG Resources said Jeffrey Hibbard will succeed retiring CFO Ann Janssen, effective January 1, 2027.
1. CFO transition
Hibbard, EOG’s senior vice president of finance, joined the company in August 2025 after more than 20 years at Morgan Stanley, where he was most recently a managing director in its Global Energy Group. Janssen, executive vice president and CFO since January 2024, will remain an advisor during the transition; she joined the company’s predecessor in 1995.
