EOG Resources named Jeffrey W. “Jeff” Hibbard executive vice president and CFO, effective Jan. 1, 2027. Ann D. Janssen will retire in 2027 and serve as an advisor during the transition.
2. Hibbard’s experience
Hibbard has been EOG’s senior vice president of finance since August 2025. He previously spent more than 20 years at Morgan Stanley.
