EON Resources starts 92-well horizontal drilling program in Permian Basin Grayburg-Jackson Field

EON Resources began drilling a 92-well horizontal program in the Grayburg-Jackson Field in Eddy County, New Mexico.

• The first carried well was spudded Aug. 24, 2026.
• About 60 days are expected from spud to completion and testing.
• Oil sales proceeds are expected to start in October; production and revenue are likely to materialize in October or November.
• Carried wells are expected to add 500 net BOPD to EON, targeting about USD 1 million in monthly net free cash flow in Q4 2026.
• The farmout structure keeps a 35% non-operated working interest in San Andres horizontals; post-carried wells require a 35% share of about USD 1.2 million per well.
