Eos Energy joins Cerberus, Hudson Bay in Frontier Power USA joint venture with $112.64 million stake

- Eos Energy entered an amended and restated LLC agreement on Aug. 4, 2026 for Frontier Power USA Parent, a joint venture with Cerberus affiliate CCM Frontier and Hudson Bay affiliate HBC.
- Eos invested $112.64 million for 112,637,879 Class B units priced at $1 each.
- CCM Frontier received 50,000,001 Class A-1 founder units, invested $100 million for 100,000,000 Class A-2 units at $1 each.
- HBC invested $50 million for 50,000,000 Class C units at $1 each.
- The JV board starts with seven managers, four appointed by CCM Frontier, up to three by Eos, with day-to-day project oversight delegated to CCM Frontier.
