EPAM Systems reported third-quarter 2026 revenue growth of 2.3% year over year, with organic constant-currency growth of 2.5%. Diluted earnings per share rose 32.5% to $2.53, while non-GAAP diluted earnings per share increased 14% to $3.51. Operating margin widened to 12.3% from 10.4% a year earlier.
2. Segment results
Financial services revenue grew 13.7% year over year, while software and high-tech revenue declined 6.1%.
