ePlus delivered Q4 net sales of $576.2 million, up 20.6% year over year, with gross billings rising 11.7% to $881.0 million. Gross profit increased 11.6% to $141.6 million and adjusted EBITDA climbed 40.2% to $40.1 million, driving net earnings per share of $0.78 from continuing operations.
2. Fiscal 2026 Results
For fiscal 2026, net sales grew 22.1% to $2,442.5 million and gross billings rose 17.0% to $3,838.5 million. Gross profit expanded 20.3% to $616.1 million, and adjusted EBITDA surged 49.5% to $204.8 million, while diluted EPS from continuing operations increased 64.1% to $4.71.

The board approved an 8% increase in the quarterly dividend to $0.27, reflecting strong cash generation and a $411 million cash balance. Management initiated fiscal 2027 guidance, emphasized AI consulting growth and share repurchase plans to enhance long-term shareholder value.
