EQT establishes commercial paper program with up to $3.5 billion notes outstanding
EQT•EQT established a commercial paper program on Oct. 7, 2026, allowing up to $3.5 billion in short-term, unsecured notes; no notes had been issued as of the Form 8-K filing date.
1. Program details
The notes may have maturities of up to 397 days and may be sold at par or at a discount, with interest rates set at issuance. EQT expects a senior unsecured revolving credit facility to backstop liquidity and targets available capacity at least equal to notes outstanding.
