EQT Real Estate sells 805-home Flemingsberg rental development to Acer Bostad
EQT•EQT Real Estate II completed the sale of 417 rental homes in Flemingsberg, Greater Stockholm, to Acer Bostad. The deal also includes 388 homes under construction, bringing the development to 805 units across about 27,500 square meters.

EQT Real Estate II completed the sale of 417 rental homes in Flemingsberg, Greater Stockholm, to Acer Bostad. The deal also covers a further 388 homes under construction, taking the development to 805 rental units across about 27,500 square meters.
2. Completion expected in 2027
The remaining homes are expected to be completed in 2027. EQT invested in the project from 2024.
