EquipmentShare raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to $5.81 billion–$6.05 billion from $5.25 billion–$5.68 billion, and increased adjusted Core EBITDA guidance to $2.14 billion–$2.22 billion from $1.95 billion–$2.06 billion. Rental segment revenue growth at the guidance midpoint is now forecast at 43%, up from 33%. The company cited strong customer demand, high fleet utilization and improving productivity across its expanding rental network.
