Equitable Holdings announces annual shareholder meeting

Equitable Holdings will hold its annual shareholder meeting online on Sept. 23, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on electing nine directors for one-year terms ending at the 2027 annual meeting.

Ballots also cover ratifying PricewaterhouseCoopers as independent auditor for fiscal 2026.

The meeting agenda includes an advisory vote on executive compensation.
