Eramet H1 adjusted EBITDA rises 45% to EUR 276 million; net loss widens to EUR 195 million

XLB•Eramet posted adjusted EBITDA (excluding SLN) of €276 million in H1 2026, up 45%, while IFRS EBITDA more than doubled to €179 million.
Net loss attributable to shareholders widened to €195 million, with net debt down 3% to €1.87 billion.
Adjusted free cash flow (excluding SLN) swung to a €7 million inflow, while group free cash flow narrowed to a €50 million outflow.
The funding plan stayed on track, with a €500 million capital increase planned for Q4 2026 and liquidity at €1.3 billion.
