Updated Phase 1 ERAS-0015 data
Erasca released updated preliminary Phase 1 data for pan-RAS molecular glue ERAS-0015 in RAS-mutant solid tumors.
- At 32 mg QD, there was a 57% unconfirmed ORR at 8 weeks in 2L+ KRAS G12X pancreatic cancer.
- Median relative dose intensity was 100%.
Next data readouts and trial plans
Additional monotherapy and combination data are expected in H1 2027.
A registration-enabling lung trial is planned for H1 2027, and a pancreatic Phase 3 study is planned for 2027.
