Updated Phase 1 data for ERAS-0015
Erasca reported updated preliminary Phase 1 AURORAS-1 data for pan-RAS molecular glue ERAS-0015 in RAS-mutant solid tumors.
- In second-line or later KRAS G12X pancreatic cancer, uORR at 8 weeks was 57% (N=7) at the 32 mg once-daily expansion dose.
- Safety profile remained broadly consistent with prior disclosure; no dose-limiting toxicities were reported, and no treatment discontinuations due to TRAEs.
- One pneumonitis case progressed to a fatal outcome following withdrawal of supportive care.
